1 ripe avocado
1 can of tuna (in water or olive oil), drained
1–2 slices of bread (sourdough, multigrain, or your favorite)
Mitmita, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, recommended if tuna is in water)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings:
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion slices
Fresh cilantro or parsley
Sesame seeds
Microgreens
