Mitmita Tibs | Spicy Ethiopian Meat Stir-Fry

Tender beef or lamb stir-fried with onions, peppers, and Jeblo’s fiery Mitmita spice blend.

Ingredients

1 lb beef or lamb, cubed
1 tbsp Jeblo Mitmita
2 tbsp niter kibbeh (spiced butter) or oil (Avocado or Olive)
1 large onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Heat niter kibbeh or oil; sear meat.
2. Add onions and peppers; sauté until softened.
3. Sprinkle Jeblo Mitmita; cook 2–3 minutes more.
4. Serve hot with injera or bread.
